These terms cover how this site works and what you can expect from us when you order through it. The product on offer is Vitaboost in South Africa — a capsule-form daily multivitamin complex, sold here at the promotional price with courier delivery. By sending the order form you accept the terms below, so it is worth two minutes of reading before you do.
The site is informational
The text, tables and reviews you find here describe a health supplement. They are written for general information and they are not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan. Nothing on the page replaces prescribed medication or a proper eye examination by a qualified professional, and we say so plainly rather than in small print.
Results differ
What one buyer notices over a month is not what the next one notices. Vitamins act as part of a diet and a daily routine, so age, workload, sleep and general health all feed into the outcome. Reviews on this site are the personal impressions of individual customers and are not a promise of the same experience for you.
Placing an order
- Leave a name and a working phone number in the form on the main page.
- A consultant calls back to confirm the item, the quantity and the delivery address.
- The order becomes final at the end of that call, not at the moment the form is sent.
- You pay the courier when the parcel is handed over — nothing is charged online.
Prices and availability
The price shown is in South African rand and includes the discount currently running. Promotional prices are limited in time and in stock, so a price seen today may no longer apply next month. If an item is out of stock when the consultant calls, you will be told before anything is dispatched.
Delivery
Parcels travel by courier and normally take two to five working days across the country, with the main centres usually at the shorter end. Delays caused by weather, public holidays or a wrong address given at the time of ordering are outside our control, though we will always help to trace a consignment.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for sending the product you ordered, sealed and complete, and for the accuracy of the composition and intake instructions published here. We are not responsible for a course taken differently from the instruction, for combining the supplement with other products without asking a professional, or for outcomes expected beyond what a vitamin complex can do.
