Privacy Policy

Everything on this site exists for one purpose: to let a customer in South Africa read up on Vitaboost, the daily multivitamin complex in capsules, and place an order for it without complications. To do that we need very little from you — a name and a phone number — and this page sets out plainly what we do with those details, how long we hold them and how to have them removed.

What we collect

When you fill in the order form we receive your name and your phone number. If our consultant needs to arrange the courier, we also write down the delivery address you give over the phone. Nothing else is required, and we never ask for card numbers, bank details or identity documents — the parcel is paid for on delivery.

Alongside that, our server keeps the ordinary technical record any website keeps: the page you opened, the approximate region your connection comes from, the type of device and browser. That record is anonymous and is used to see which pages load slowly, not to identify a person.

Why we need it

  • To call you back, confirm the order and agree a delivery date.
  • To hand the courier the correct name, town and contact number.
  • To answer a question you send us afterwards about an order already placed.
  • To keep a basic record of orders so a repeat request can be traced.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the consultant who calls you and by the courier who delivers the parcel — no one else. We do not sell contact lists, we do not hand them to advertisers, and we do not add anyone to a marketing database without being asked to. If a delivery partner receives your address, they receive only what is needed to bring the box to your door.

How long we keep it

Order details stay with us for as long as the order is being processed and for a short period afterwards, in case of a query about that delivery. When there is no longer a reason to keep them, they are deleted from our records. Anonymous technical logs are overwritten in the normal course of server maintenance.

How we look after it

Access to the order list is limited to the people who process orders, each with their own login. The site runs over an encrypted connection, so what you type in the form travels protected. We treat a phone number as private information and we expect our staff to do the same.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct a name or number that was written down wrongly, or ask us to delete your details altogether. Cancelling an order that has not yet been dispatched is also your right — one phone call is enough. Write to [email protected] and we will confirm what we have done.

Changes to this page

If the way we work changes — a new delivery partner, a different order flow — this page is updated to match. The version you are reading is the one that applies today, and the date of the last change is shown by the site. Questions about any of it go to [email protected].
