That address is read around the clock, every day of the week, holidays included. Most replies go out within the hour; a question that needs the courier to be chased may take a little longer, and we will tell you so rather than leave you waiting in silence.

The quickest way is the form

For anything to do with buying, the order form on the main page beats email every time. Leave your name and phone number, and a consultant calls you back to confirm the item, the address and the delivery date. That call is also the moment to ask about intake, the length of a course, or how many jars make sense for you — there is no obligation to place the order at the end of it.

• The town the parcel is going to.
• Roughly when you ordered, if you remember.
• What you would like changed or answered, in one or two sentences.

With those four things we can usually settle the matter in a single reply instead of three.

What we can help with

Composition and intake questions, delivery times to your area, the current promotional price, cancelling or amending an order that has not yet gone out, and confirming that the pack you received is the original. If a jar arrives damaged in transit, write to us the same day and attach a photograph.

What we cannot do

We are a distributor, not a clinic. We cannot advise on a diagnosis, comment on medication you have been prescribed, or tell you whether a supplement suits a specific condition — that is a conversation for a qualified professional, and we would rather say so than guess. We also have no shop counter: there is no walk-in address, and all orders travel by courier.

Payment and delivery, briefly

Nothing is paid on this site. The courier collects the money when the sealed parcel is handed over, anywhere in the country, normally two to five working days after the confirming call.
